President Trump posts a clearly doctored photo of a man’s hands, claiming it is Garcia’s hand with an “MS-13” tattoo.

Note: I am professionally skilled in Photoshop and this photo is the laziest attempt at a doctored photo one can make. Trump is lying intentionally. He is slandering Garcia and is willing to let Garcia die, as well as the scores of others he’s sending to the concentration camp in El Salvador.

Trump wishes a “Happy Easter to all, including the Radical Left Lunatics who are fighting and scheming so hard to bring Murderers, Drug Lords, Dangerous Prisoners, the Mentally Insane, and well known MS-13 Gang Members and Wife Beaters, back into our Country.”

Pre-2011

Garcia and his family reside in El Salvador, notoriously overrun by violent gangs.  His family is extorted and he is threatened by the gang Barrio 18.

2011 -

Garcia illegally immigrates to the United States at the age of 16 to escape gangs. He goes to Maryland to live with his brother, a U.S. Citizen.

2019

An undercover informant accuses Garcia of being a member of the gang MS-13 in New York, where Garcia has never lived. He was also accused of “wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie”. This was the basis of Garcia’s subsequent arrest. ICE claimed Marlyand police had confirmed his gang membership. After a hearing, Garcia was released and a court order barred his deportation to El Salvador.

2021 -

Garcia’s wife accuses him of multiple instances of physical abuse, including hitting her with his work boot and hitting her face, leaving a black eye. She sought and received a restraining order against Garcia, but eventually withdrew her claims.

She released a statement on this inicident:

"After surviving domestic violence in a previous relationship, I acted out of caution following a disagreement with Kilmar by seeking a civil protective order, in case things escalated," she said. "Things did not escalate, and I decided not to follow through with the civil court process. We were able to work through the situation privately as a family, including by going to counseling."

"Our marriage only grew stronger in the years that followed. No one is perfect, and no marriage is perfect. But that is not a justification for ICE's action of abducting him and deporting him to a country where he was supposed to be protected from removal. Kilmar has always been a loving partner and father, and I will continue to stand by him and demand justice for him," the statement adds.

Garcia is arrested after being pulled over. His non-verbal Autistic 5-year old son is in the car. He is sent to a detention facility and 3 days later deported to El Salvador, in violation of his non-deportation order from 2019. He is given no hearing or trial. He is deported alongside a large number of other immigrants, 90% of whom have no criminal record.

He arrives at CECOT, the notorious El Salvador mega-prison setup by President Bukele in 2022. It houses more than 14k prisoners, many of whom are violent gang members. Trials are frequently held “en masse” with no opportunity for defense.

Prisoners who arrive in CECOT are never allowed to leave, under any circumstances.

It is a concentration camp.

April 10, 2025-

The Supreme Court of the United States orders the Trump Administration to “facilitate” the return of Garcia to the United States. There is debate over this terminology, with both Garcia’s defense and the Trump Administration claiming victory. The Supreme Court also notes: “The United States acknowledges that Abrego Garcia was subject to a withholding order forbidding his removal to El Salvador, and that the removal to El Salvador was therefore illegal.”

April 14, 2025 –

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem accuses Garcia of being an MS-13 member and a human trafficker without evidence.

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller says the Supreme Court order does not compel the Administration to take action. He further states that Garcia is “is a member of MS-13, which—as I’m sure you understand—rapes little girls, murders women, murders children, is engaged in barbaric activities in the world.”

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia Mclaughlin compares Garcia to Osama Bin Laden.

President Bukele meets President Trump in the White House.

Bukele calls Garcia a “terrorist” and lies in saying he has no authority to return Garcia to the United States.

President Trump agrees and claims he has no authority to bring Garcia home, due to the sovereignty of El Salvador.

Trump has inconsistent views on who “homegrown criminals” are. For example,

January 20, 2025 -

Trump pardons almost all January 6 offenders, including those accused of planning or committing violent crimes, such as:

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
